- "Service"
- Any workshop, package, toolkit, or information resource offered by Tenura.

Tenura provides educational and organisational information services relating to pensions and retirement readiness in Thailand. Our current Services are:
- Orientation & Glossary Workshop — a plain-language session covering retirement and pension terminology and directing participants to official resources. Educational only; no advice is given.
- Records Organisation Package — a structured package helping households sort and label retirement-related paperwork. Purely organisational; no decisions are made on behalf of the client.
- Employer Information Toolkit (B2B) — a ready-to-use resource pack enabling HR teams to share general retirement-readiness information with staff. Strictly informational.
Services are available to individuals and organisations based in or operating within Thailand. We reserve the right to decline any enquiry at our sole discretion.
4. User Responsibilities
When using our website or Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in any form or correspondence.
- Use the Content solely for personal or internal organisational reference.
- Respect the intellectual property in all materials delivered to you.
- Keep any login credentials (if applicable) secure and confidential.
- Notify us promptly of any changes to your contact or billing information.
You must not:

6. Payment Terms
All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Current service pricing is:

- Payment is due in full prior to delivery of the relevant Service unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- We accept bank transfer and other payment methods as communicated at time of booking.
- Cancellations made more than 5 business days before a scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 5 business days may be eligible for a credit note at our discretion.
- Prices may be revised from time to time. Any change will be communicated before a booking is confirmed.
7. Service-Specific Terms
7.1 Orientation & Glossary Workshop
- Sessions cover publicly available, educational information only. No personalised advice is provided.
- A take-home glossary is included and intended for personal reference.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
7.2 Records Organisation Package
- The package provides a structured framework and checklist; it does not constitute financial or legal advice.
- All document-related decisions remain solely with the client at all times.
- Tenura does not retain copies of any personal documents shared during a session.
7.3 Employer Information Toolkit (B2B)
- The toolkit is licensed for use within the purchasing organisation only and may not be shared externally.
- Materials are strictly informational and must not be presented to employees as advice.
- The organisation remains responsible for ensuring appropriate use and communication of the materials.
8. Disclaimers
Our Services and website Content are provided on an "as is" basis for general educational and organisational purposes only.
- No financial or professional advice. Nothing in our Content constitutes financial, legal, pension, tax, or investment advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions about your retirement or pension arrangements.
- Accuracy. While we make reasonable efforts to keep Content current and accurate, pension regulations and official procedures may change. We do not warrant that all Content is up to date at any given time.
- Outcomes. We make no representations about outcomes arising from your use of our Services. Results depend on individual circumstances and decisions that are entirely your own.
- Third-party links. Our website may reference official government or regulatory sources. We are not responsible for the content or availability of those external resources.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law:
- Tenura's total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss, including loss of income, loss of data, or missed opportunities.
- We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or disruptions to essential services (force majeure).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Tenura, its staff, and its representatives harmless from any claims, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of our website or Services in a manner inconsistent with these Terms; (b) your breach of any applicable law or third-party rights; or (c) any misuse of materials delivered under our Services.
11. Termination
Either party may end a service engagement by providing written notice. In addition:
- We may suspend or terminate your access to our website or Services immediately if we have reason to believe you have breached these Terms.
- On termination, your licence to use any delivered Content ceases, though Sections 5, 8, 9, 10, and 12 continue to apply.
- Any amounts owed to us at the time of termination remain payable.
12. Dispute Resolution

- Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, including the Civil and Commercial Code of Thailand.
- Jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to the competent courts located in Bangkok, Thailand.
- Consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Thai Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
13. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement
- These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tenura regarding your use of our website and Services.
- Severability
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
- Waiver
- Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be treated as a waiver of that right or provision.
- Assignment
- You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights as part of a business reorganisation or transfer, with reasonable notice to you.
- Notices
